My Review
I read a lot of material about energy work and I have to say, this is one of my favorites so far! I love that the author includes a wealth of information, but also provides easy exercises to put the info into practice! We are introduced to the chakras and given some easy-to-follow information while still going in-depth about the topic. I thought it was wonderful how Linda James separated the book into segments about each our our senses and how they can affect our overall energy, plus ways to boost the energy with color, scents, sounds, food, etc.
I am so eager to try out some of the exercises in my daily work environment. I know the first one I will tackle is the mountain of papers on my desk that cause me to feel claustrophobic, ha. This book is a must have for those interested in energy work and how we can take control of the energy we take in and give out!
